If you really want peace and quiet and don't mind using the car once you are there, this cottage is ideal. So very peaceful and perfectly charming.

Stowford Lynhay is the ideal holiday location, away from all the hussle and bussle of everyday life. Waking up to the sounds of the countryside every morning instead of the city traffic noise is the ideal way to relax on holiday. It is in a central location and has easy access to all towns. This is our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time - we will definitely be back for a third!

The central position gave us the chance to explore both coasts of north and south Devon and Cornwall. Paul the owner introduced us to the property and then we had a tremendous week to ourselves - we would recommend this cottage.

This property is in our opinion very central. Its is within ten minutes of the A30 for destinations North South East and West. It is very close to Lifton Farm shop and restaurant where the food is excellent.

Our cottage was excellant value for money and in a lovely location, being central to Devon and Cornwall. Ideal for anyone who has a dog as we had a fenced off garden and access to a dog-friendly field. The owner (Doris) was very welcoming as if home from home!
